LAD #32 Kellog Briand Pact

This pact was named after who wrote it, an American Secretary of State Frank Kellogg and French minister Alistide Briand. It was a pact between Germany, the United States, Britain and France to help them come up with a more peaceful way to resolve conflict other than war. It said that if anyone didn't follow the pact then the said country wouldn't be able to participate. Many other countries soon signed it, but the United States, France and Germany signed it on August 27th 1928.
